Love First Aid was born to meet people in their mess and walk with them into meaning. For years, it’s been a lifeline — through coaching, community, and faith-based transformation. But now, it’s time for a home.

LFA Ranch is the physical home of Love First Aid.

A sacred space where healing gets embodied, and legacy gets lived.

Set on the former grounds of Spirit Reins, the ranch is being reborn as a sanctuary for restoration. It’s where rescued horses meet rescued hearts. Where the hurting are held, the hopeful are strengthened, and the call of God gets clearer under wide-open skies.

We serve men, women, and families in transition — including those navigating incarceration, addiction recovery, loss, or simply a desire to come home to themselves. Through equine-assisted coaching, soul care retreats, weekly gatherings, and faith-infused programs, the Ranch brings the LFA mission to life.

This land is more than a location. It’s a move of God.

Elisabeth Ranney | Founder, Love First Aid

Elisabeth Ranney is a faith-driven visionary, master coach, and founder of Love First Aid — a transformational movement helping people rebuild from trauma, reconnect to purpose, and reclaim their God-given identity.

With over 23 years of experience coaching high-performers, families, and faith-seekers, Elisabeth brings prophetic insight, emotional intelligence, and lived wisdom to every space she leads. Her healing work includes equine-assisted coaching, retreats, and spiritual mentorship — all rooted in radical love and sacred restoration.

In 2024, Elisabeth stepped onto the land that would become LFA Ranch — a sanctuary for rescued horses, justice-impacted families, and people in transition. Today, she leads the mission, building a refuge for healing, legacy, and God’s presence.
