Liz is a master coach, spiritual strategist, and visionary founder of Love First Aid—a transformational movement that has shaped the lives of thousands over the past two decades.

Known for her prophetic insight, emotional intelligence, and bold compassion, Elisabeth has been the trusted guide behind the scenes for CEOs, athletes, media figures, Forbes-listed entrepreneurs, and individuals from every walk of life. She has walked with leaders through crisis, legacy transitions, relational repair, and spiritual awakening—often in their most vulnerable, defining moments.

What began as one-on-one coaching has grown into a dynamic healing ecosystem:

Elisabeth has walked through the unthinkable, rebuilt her life more than once, and came back carrying water for others. She’s a mother of two, a lifelong horsewoman, and the heart behind a family of rescued animals who continue to teach her about healing, loyalty, and love.

In 2024, she was invited to step onto the former grounds of Spirit Reins—a ranch with its own legacy of healing—and say yes to something bigger. That “yes” will prayerfully become Love First Aid Ranch: a sacred home for rescued horses, restored lives, and Kingdom legacy.

Today, Elisabeth continues to coach a select group of global leaders while she is preparing the ground—on a small but sacred start—for something much bigger. This is the beginning.
