LFA Ranch is located in the heart of Texas, just outside of Austin in Liberty Hill.

 Yes. We are currently operating under a fiscal sponsor while our independent 501(c)(3) status is being finalized. All donations are tax-deductible and processed with full transparency. 

Love First Aid is a transformational movement founded by Elisabeth Ranney to walk with people through healing, identity restoration, and legacy-level change. The Ranch is the physical expression of that mission—a sacred space where healing is embodied and lived.

 We serve individuals and families walking through seasons of rebuilding—those navigating reentry, recovery, burnout, loss, or simply longing to come home to themselves and to God. We also care for rescued horses and animals as part of the healing work. 

The Ranch will host equine-assisted coaching, spiritual intensives, weekend retreats, worship gatherings, and eventually community events like farmers markets, rodeos, and service projects.

Our initial $5M goal includes:

 We are not legally affiliated, but we are honored to carry forward the heart and healing legacy of that land. Several Spirit Reins horses and community members are part of the Ranch’s rebirth.
